Disastrous. Reception refuses to accept voter CARD as proof of ID. Photographs seen on make my trip differ from the actual layout of the so called luxury suite. Hot water comes in a trickle, can't shower. No lift and narrow staircase. Kitchen was allegedly under renovation and it took them 45 minutes to get so s tasteless curry rice from their kitchen elsewhere. Wouldn't recommend it for anything in the world.

This is recrute very badly statff ,they are not communicating with guest , they are talking very rudely with customers , there all the staff arguments and using abusive language with customers , mainly night shift manager behave not good , talking rubbish with customers and Opadpatti language. i Extremely worst experience. I will not suggest anyone to stay in this property. Room condition very poor, towel provided was dirty, for double bed one single ordinary blanket was provided, AC was not functional. While entering in the hotel was itself a horrible experience. The diya of Diwali placed on counter near to customer. Dress of my wife burnt. But staff not evev utter "Sorry". I think sorry in Amravati is very precious word.
My height is 6.1, my head keeps bumping at the stairs so my head kinda hurts, the receptionist was nice, the rooms were renovating at this time but overall it was pretty nice staying here

Pathetic. They don't even provide drink water complimentary. The service is not at all good and even if u call the reception they won't give u service.. sad state of affairs.. Strongly not recommended
