It is near the station and can be easily reached on foot. We went during the first wave of Corona. After a lot of formalities, he was allowed to enter the room. The room was fine. Only water was available in room service. Room rent is also high. There were not many other options to stay so that we had to stop at Itarsi in the end. If you want to stop near the station, it is fine. Nothing else is special. not recommended
location wise this hotel is situated very close to the railway station and easy to locate. During check in I was provided with a very conjusted room without any ventilation ( Room 113). Bathroom was very small dirty and had no hot water and also very dim light. I felt completely disappointed and cheated and complained to the reception to change the room. They shifted me to the second floor (207) where room was bigger and better than the previous one. Room service was good espicall the night shift staff was very polite and obidient.Standard wise this hotel needs some improvement like CCTV cameras are must in today's era . Overall the experience was not bad and was satisfactory ( could have been better). I could have rated it 4 but little disappointed with the first senario as first impression is the last, though my perception changed when room was changed on single request without any hassle. Will definitely visit again with hope of improvement. Cheers!!!

Early check-in request was confirmed by the hotel, but when we reached there hotel denied that we don't have booking under your name and after couple hotel informed that they found our booking except this thing stay was good.
