Pathatic way of response If possible please avoid booking this hotel if you are traveling with family.The owner will cancel the booking as per his wish and conviniance for the mere sake of money and did not even have the manners to apologize for his mistake. As there is no option to select zero star rating am forced to give 1 star for this below average property.

Worst experience. The owner confirmed our booking and later said the rooms are already full and booking is cancelled once we reach the destination . The owner was so arrogant and mean in behaviour and was even not ready to apologize.

We have called and booked a room, but didn't pay in advance. When we reached the lodge, the owner said he gave the room to other people. Rooms are not good.

Location is very good. Just near to bus stop and SBI BANK ATM machine. Rooms are quite big and clean. Room service is good. Bhat Father and son run this property. Both are nice person.

Room was spacious and clean. Location is good, just outside KSRTC bus stand and SBI bank located in same compound. it is on main street, market and main temples are walking distance and beach is 1 km. TV was not working. Hosts are polite. it was easy to locate and markets are nearby, walking distance to temples and beach. budget pricing.

Behind the bus stop, in the midst of market and at walking distance from beach, makes it an ideal location. The rooms are clean and spacious. The owner is welcoming. It would be great if they could provide 24hr hot water.

We have stayed in this hotel for 1 night, The room is not excellent but not ugly, if you are completely looking for comfort this may not be the place you wanted. AC room is good, but they dont provide AC in the Day time. Hot water is only available in the morning for one hour. They bedsheets are ugly, bathroom is okay. Location: This hotel is very near to gokarna beach 1km walk 6km to om & kudle beach and many temples if you are piligrimage. Quite backside of busstand, if you Don't have personal transport, this is very near. Owner: if you are good with him, he is good to you.

First of all, this hotel is very near to Gokarna bus stand. All branches and temple are near by only. Service quality was poor. Rooms are average. Biggest con is the owner of the hotel. He is treat ing his hotel like a temple. No sound in room and if you are going for bachelor trip, it is not a cup of tea for you. Owner came to my room two times at night and asked as not to shout. Obviously if you are going for a bachelor trip sound will come. There is no food available in the hotel. Drinking water is also not free. Overall my rating is 2 stars as lot of hotel are available near in beach area, it is not ideal. If you are with your family and wanted to visit temple near by then the hotel is worth.
