Staff is more interested in cell than custumers. Our laundry was at same space after 1 day, so we had to do it in next hotel. Ordering included breakfast was not possible. No english.

Worst hotel ever visited in my life. From bedsheets to bathroom everything was messy and dirty. 3 floors which you have to climb up and down depending on which room you get. Placed in a narrow lane of business shops, even the hotel from inside is narrow and at a time only one person can pass through the stairs. Unsafe for females as outsiders and drinkers are allowed to roam freely. Staff is also unprofessional and rude, lack manners to talk.

Room was very unhygenic and dirty. Looked like the bedsheets and doormats were never cleaned. As mentioned in the description there are no parking or lift provided. Taking the stairs every time was a problem when nobody at reception was even picking the call. Won't recommend it to anyone

When I checked-in to the room they just on the air conditioning for one hour after that they switched of the AC. When I inform to the staff they just hear and ignored. I was given another room which was very small. when I complained to the reception they change the room. Hygiene was not maintain to the room bedsheets were too dirty looks like it has been not change since one or two days. All staff behave very politely. Services were good.

PLEASE DON'T EVER CHOOSE THIS HOTEL FOR EVEN A HALF DAY STAY AT PRAYAGRAGRAJ, YOU WILL DEFINITELY REGRET IF YOU STAY HERE. To know why, please read below detailed review on my visit to this hotel just 2 weeks ago with my family for just one night halt. It is located a narrow lane. On arriving by my own car they said to have a dedicated parking, however, they took me to the back lane where they asked me to park in fron of a house door for couple of hours as their "regular" place on the same road was occupied by another car which has broken down. I checked in at 04pm in the evening as my flight was late, the booking was made a week before still only 2 rooms were ready out of 3. No elevators, the ceiling height is also too much, so we all(women ,men and senior citizen) had to stress out knees and lungs to climb up and down. There was renovation happening at the same time so it was all messy with wall putty and smell of thinner in the air. Drinking water(2 litre Bisleri) is charged extra inspite of paying 1500 for a lower than mediocre hotel like this. Only one towel for a double bed room, even for that we had to ask multiple times. TV not recharged and AC remote not in the rooms, so keep hunting for the staff to have the TV and AC switched on. The person on the reception(a young boy) is rude, mannerless and completely unprofessional. Bathrooms and washrooms filthy, with no hot water facility. Soap and shampoo stands broken. Dirty bucket and mugs. The bedsheets and blankets were filthy and smelling bad. There were blood and semen stains clearly visible on white bedsheets. The hotel also allows smoking, drinking, outsiders free visit and couple stays so rest is understandable. We were checking out at 01.00pm which was just 02 hours above the said checkout time of 11am, considering that we had checked in late by 4 hours(at 04 pm) the person on the reception(the same mannerless boy) called up on the intercom facility and started yelling at us. Even after telling him that we are preparing to checkout and they can take back 2 out 3 rooms as we are just packing and waiting for our car to arrive he kept talking rudely and mannerlessly.

Suggest to your enemies, Worst location, there is no lift - you have to exercise by-stairs for 2nd & 3rd floor rooms. (Just like old Dharamshala or guest house worth 300-400 Rs.) Provided only 1 towel between two persons When asked for another he refused by telling that all towels are at laundry and we are providing only 1 towel per room Air conditioner water was leaking and spoiled our luggage , bed sheets are torn & unclean, pillows are odd even sized. No hot water in bathroom. No toiletries. Behaviours of all reception people are rude, and unexpected. Even after complaining all these things, Rates are 1500 for ac room which was much much higher than price Room service is worst, intercom was not working ( you have to go at reception-2-3 floor down for any requirements) Worst experience of hotel in this price category, and not recommending to try nearby Prayagraj railway station area rather than this.

Worst experience, receptionist was so rude like we staying there without money, there was menstrual blood and semen on the bedsheets on which we spent one night because we were so tired and didn't noticed, blanket was dirty, towels were not provided.. Worst worst worst stay ever..

Nothing good to share. Staff very rude. No lift. No resturant. AC water dripping continuously on the floor. No hygiene. Horrible experience. Located in the gully of congested market.
