I stayed in Shri Ram Excellency hotel with my family for 2 days, and it was okay. We booked 2 rooms. The room service and response to our queries and requirements were fine. The shower in one of the rooms we were provided to stay was leaking. Food and beverages were costly compared to the quality. The wifi connection they offer is not secure. I joined their wifi network, and I was watching a YouTube video that got connected to a smart television out of nowhere. It was not the smart television of my room. I didn't even watch television for once while I was there. I was quite suspicious after that incident, so I didn't use their wifi thereafter. Would rate 3/5 for the overall experience I had while I stayed in the hotel Shri Ram Excellency
The hotel is Good; but their service is horrible. The staff at this restaurant don't value your time. We had waited for more than 45 mins just for their idly, dosa and coffee. Because of them all our travel plans got ruined. If you don't value our time, you don't deserve our time.
Nice hotel to stay.cordial behavior of reception and staff. Breakfast stuff with varieties and nicely cooked. The staff at restaurant are well behaved.

Centrally located - Very neat - mannered & uniformed staff. Mr. Sahil at Desk office was very courteous & efficient in check in & check out formalities.

Due to certain medical emergencies we had to cancel our booking at the last minute. Staff has been inconsiderate, not at all polite and rude. Not even did they not cancel our booking but also were not ready to shift our dates. No wonder, they continue to be a 3 star property.
I conducted my daughter's bday party in the Banquet Hall and it was such a success all thanks to the staff of Shri Ram Excellency, perfect planning and attention to detail by Mr. Om Meena and his team. The food was sooo delicious and customised according to our need. The service was impeccable. They also had a beautiful balloon decor and even accomodated last minute needs. Needles to say despite hosting the party, I enjoyed without a worry like a guest! Special thanks to the Chef, Keshav, Ramraj, Mukesh and all the Banquet Hall team! Definitely recommended!

I have visit to lunch with my friends, according to price not good taste and Quantity very low of food all vegetables above 380/- plate, all over not good compare jodhpur taste
