Best hotel for staying with family. Cheapest rate and quality of food.

I stayed for one day. One piece of advice for a hotel is that if someone has booked your room already please make sure that the room is ready and clean to stay. I faced issues like one of the blankets cover was dirty and the other had no cover at all and stains were there. In washroom, The wash basin had some problems The water was stored inside and not draining. Thanks to the staff they serviced and repaired it fast.

Went for a birthday celebration. The arrangements were good food quality and the taste was good. Nice ambience.

Breakfast Buffet service is Good. Room and washroom size is very small.

Good and friendly staff. Need to improve on room cleaning and hygiene. The kettle (tea pot)for warm water was very dirty. The same menu was repeated for 2 days of my stay. Overall a safe and good hotel for a stay of 1 or 2 day economy stay.

Some service was horrible which I could not expect from you Last night around 2.15 am, my friend was feel thirsty and he dial the reception (9 number) but no response, at the end physically he reached the reception and he found no body at the reception counter, this is very horrible for me. One more thing today morning around 6 am call reception and order 2 cups of tea, receptionists told sorry we dont have. Its also horrible experience to me. Now I will not come to your hotel next time and I will recommend to my all friends to avoid to stay in Shri Khedapati hotel.
