Hotel Shri Ganesh Bhavan - South Indian restaurant in Chengalpattu - Chengalpattu, India

Its not the same ganesh bhavan, I am seeing slowly the brand is getting down. Previously this hotel is best in town restaurant but now you cant see worst ever in this area. Multiple times i am visiting this place because of this brand and nowadays I am getting frustrated with the food and service. Worst service and too much price for the quality they give. Only good veg restaurant in whole Chengalpet area. Service is good the staff is friendly. Food too tastes good. You need to park on the road that's the only problem.

The food was so good. My family members enjoyed the food. The meals are especially good. Definitely worth for money. Good service. More dishes. Even breakfast is also superb. And I liked sambar rice and curd rice. Good packing for delivery. Good staffs.

Yeah... An average okay meal... Kara kuzhambhu was good... payasam and kesari are below average... Special south Indian meals was below average, not worth for money... can dine thr if u cant find any restaurant... only good thing is we are able to park in front of the restaurant... Service is good...

I had come for an interview in Chengalpattu and chose this place for the stay. The room charge was 1350 and the caretaker Mr. Sundar took 1500 from us telling that the remaining amount will be kept as advance and returned while checking out. But while checking out he was forcefully giving us bottled water that needs to be paid and finding reasons to not pay back the extra amount. Also the restaurant below, charged 28rs for a tea in the morning and when we bought and took a tea by ourselves to the room in the evening, it was charged 35rs telling the extra charges was for room service. I wonder how come it is room service when you take it by yourself. Very bad service and caretaker behaviour. Does not recommend at all.

Normal food, don't expect much. Sambar is just ok and it is watery. Pongal is better than idly. Taste wise just okay, I can give 3 out of 5. There is a space for car parking, this is the only advantage of this hotel. The atmosphere is also just ok 3 out of 5. Easy accessible.

The service at AC hall deserves due attention. Quality of food should be consistent. If these two are at peak there is no doubt more people will step in.

Very worst hotel I won't suggest to any one We order 5 plain dosa for that they take 35 mins to serve. Server and management not response to the customer very bad hotel I ever seen in my life
