Greeted by three dogs in the loby. Furniture was torn. Ac was too old to work. Leak in taps.

People were so nice and supportive. Never before experience I had. Thanks to the front desk manager.

Location: Just near T nagar market, very convinient to get public transport and food etc. Hygiene: OK, Reception and Staff are quite courteous and ready to help Food: Offer variety dishes and rates are reasonable, taste is OK. Also houses a bar on roof top for booze lovers Thing I did not like: The owners seems to be fond of dogs. No objection to it. But the worrysome part is these dogs are stray and are loitering freely in reception are, entrance gate. During night time dogs are really trouble for stranger to enter into the gate as dogs may attack on strangers if the fellow gets panicked. This dog part is really dangerous for it may cause serious trouble to someone especially small children/ strangers

One of the worst Staff behaviour have never come across. The person in the reception behaved very rude not at all friendly. Had a nightmare experience in this hotel. Never recommend.

Average room The room looked like a lodge Funny to claim 3 star hotel. It's very old with window AC bedding was not comfort. I booked a deluxe room, I doubt the room allotted to me. Toilet was clean with dental kit. But the water flow was very slow and drainage was also very slow in Bathroom. Bar is OK and affordable. Breakfast, they provide a fixed menu. Location is perfect for shopping lovers.

we have booked the hotel in 24th Feb 2020 with my family for 3 members.we did not even check in the hotel by seeing condition of the room. Rooms are very small which can't accommodate for 3 members. Hotel is dirty, not clean. car parking area is very small, where cars like nano only accommodate in parking. I asked hotel management for little big room because i have paid for 3 members.They are not even answering properly. My family members are not happy with the place. In photos and google reviews it is showing great.but which is not true if we go real.not at all suitable for family.they is no pay at hotel option through make my trip. i recommended don't book this hotel any more. worst hotel i have ever seen.

This used to be PNB Holiday Home earlier. Andhra Bank employees also prefer to stay here. Overall, it's a cozy and comfortable place to spend some time at. Don't expect much from this hotel.
