First, would like to mention that the behaviour of all the staffs are excellent, very humble and Friendly! Superb front desk. Second, what I dislike the most in this hotel is Restaurant Service, is worst. They used to serve food in common gravy, doesn't follow any customisation instruction, even after repeated followup and didn't even improve. Reason of low rating is just because of the Restaurant Service.

Generally, Hotel Shrestha is one of the top and busy restaurants during the marriage season. I would avoid eating here during those rush days as the service at that time is slow. However during normal days, it is a good place to hangout and eat with family and friends. The food is decent and we'll balanced.

The hotel is nearby the city of Raigarh outskirts. The staff is pleasant and active. The pool is pretty and a nice place to unwind after day's work. I think there is provision of evening entertainment by staff if notified beforehand.

With its five-star facilities, exceptional service, and prime location, it truly is the best hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying in.

I went for the restaurant Service was not good by waiters. Live music was good with old melodies Food was also good Vibe was awesome as we sat outside with beautiful weather and swimming pool on side

Best stay, excellent hospitality, loyal staff, hygiene, wifi, Dr on call, awesome desert, your choice chefs experience combo made your days. Excellent pool and game court It's a big property on Jindal road. The rooms are spacious and clean. The toilets are spacious. Ample space of parking. Food quality is good. Hotel mark the city. This also has big hall and spacious lawn for party and marriages. This venue is quite popular for marriage function and other ceremonies due to big space, enough parking and spacious rooms. Overall a comfortable stay.

Don't even dare to go in this hotel... very very very poor services.... total loss of money
