Best room' best washroom and clean good hotel good service with staff

Worst experience. Denied check in for which I paid INR 1583 to OYO. Incident happened on 23rd of April. 2022 today is 10th of May 2022 no refund provided from oyo. Cheater hotel owner. Do not book this hotel at any cost trust me you'll cry later

Don't waste your money and spoil the trip here. Its a worst Hotel service I ever stayed. Always maintenance (wood work ) is going on and when we ask they will stop for few min and then start again. If you don't ask your complementary breakfast they will never server and will happily add into your bill. During the winter period hot water was not provided in bathrooms. The hotel location is horrible just in front of railway station and main road. Hence you wont get a sleep at all. I will never recommend any one to stay there.

There is so much to say about this hotel. There are some good things and bad about it. First good things: =>Staff behaviour ok =>Location is walkable distance from Maninagar railway station. Bad things about it: =>Bed sheets and towel were oldish and faded white due to dirtiness. =>Wash room size is around of six persons carrying elevator. =>There were ants in room. =>No hot water in bathroom.

Got worst experience staying in this hotel.Very congested room small in size and smelly.Bathroom is unclean and without provision for air circulation. Brown packing tape on glass window is fixed to save money, gives bad look. There was Frequent power cut during whole night but no power backup was available. Long menu for dinner was provided but no food item was available after 10pm, Complimentary breakfast Poha and Jalebi fafda was of no use. We have to struggle even to get a cup of tea in the morning. Unprofessional Person with irresponsible behaviour is managing reception. Staff is not willing to work. I got lot of false assurances from owner for the problems reported to him,which is never expected from a responsible person. Overall very bad experience, I will not recommend this hotel to any one specially to family and couple.

a worst hotel. bedsheet not clean, no hangers in room.wardrobe just a frame of plywood,dirty mirror, no ro water, water in used bottle.no hangers in bathroom, dirty mirror.a total waste of money.Tv not working. no lock door lock from inside the room. no safety grill on windows. the rate should be not more than Rs.400.00not suggested to stay.

Fantastic staff and awesome place to spend time with your family and friends. I really loved how amazing the hotel staff is. Must stay if you are unmarried couples. They are friendly and best room service.
