Room no. 112: Our experience was below average and we don't recommend this property to others. There was nothing "deluxe" in the room. 1. Room didn't look like the photos in property description. There were signs of dampness all over the room. At one spot it even started leaking drop by drop in middle of the night. 2. AC was not working properly; after every few minutes compressor was turning off thereby not maintaining proper temperature. 3. TV was not working in one go, had to call for that. 4. Bed is not king bed, it's rather a queen bed with very hard mattress. 5. Bucket in the washroom was so dirty that we didn't feel like taking a bath. 6. There's improper parking arrangement, they get your car parked in front of a theatre which is adjacent to this property, which is not safe in my opinion (everyone who comes to the theatre plays with your vehicle). 7. Hotel's entrance is at the parking gate of this movie theatre, so at the time of each show, there's huge rush there, so entry/exit to the hotel becomes very difficult. 8. Biggest flaw is their check-in/check-out time, both are 12pm, so if somebody vacates the room at 12pm, then u will have to wait for another half an hour to get ur room even though you are past the check-in time (forget about early check-in) 9. Availed breakfast and it was average too.

The location is just on the road. Shree Talkies and Bhagwan Talkies are on the way. And it is just beside Shree Talkies. Rooms as per tariff are small. But for professional working 2-3 days can be spent.

Need laundry and massage service otherwise very good in all service.

Honestly review the price is not as per the quality of room they are giving... Honestly there error is not more than ... 1000 rs... there room is not worth it

Very High Rates than Rooms/Service quality. Power points and telephone points of rooms are in weak position. Basic toilet towels/slipers etc. will be provided after requisition only.The quilts were provided with very bad smell. kRpyaa sbhii tthyoN kii jaaNc apne str se bhii kr le /

Very bad experience in room mosquito and dust

I have had worst experiance during my stay in this hotel. Staff was unprofessional. Rooms were dirty.There were foot marks all over the floor. I requested to clean the rooms however it was just formality not more. Bathroom was stinky. No ventilation at all. Room size was very small. Only one person to serve all the rooms. Kitchen operate at its wish not as per customer requirements. Bedsheet, pillow covers, blankets have had strains.
