I regret to inform you that my recent stay at shree ram palace hell fell far short of my expectations. My friends and I had booked room at your hotel with the hope of enjoying a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by an incident that I feel compelled to bring to your attention. During our stay, we encountered an issue that deeply disappointed us. We had brought a bottle of vodka to enjoy in our room during our leisure time. To our dismay, a few pegs of our vodka were mysteriously missing after the room had been serviced. This is an unacceptable breach of trust, and we believe that this reflects poorly on the integrity of your service staff. We understand that oversights can happen, but theft is a serious matter that should not be taken lightly. We chose your hotel with the expectation of receiving a high standard of service and respect for our belongings. This incident has left a lasting negative impression, and it is only fair that we share our feedback with you. We urge you to address this matter promptly and take appropriate actions to prevent such incidents from happening in the future. As paying guests, we deserve a level of security and comfort that was clearly lacking during our stay. We hope that you take our feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve your services.

Room condition was pathetic. Hairs of previous female travelers all over the floor. In the Eve, there were fight going on among different guests and hotel management was unable to control making it unsafe for families and female travelers. Very loud music in ground floor parties and smell of cigarettes all over rooms. Pathetic experience

I recently had a stay at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I feel it's important to share my feedback so that others can be aware of the issues I encountered. Upon entering the room, it was clear that the housekeeping didn't meet expected standards. Adding to the disappointment, the bathroom lacked cleanliness, and I noticed stains on the bedsheets, which significantly affected my overall experience during the stay.Furthermore, I was surprised to find that there was no kettle provided for tea arrangements, which was an unexpected inconvenience. Secondly, one of the basic amenities that I expect from a hotel is the provision of water. However, to my surprise, there was no bottled water provided in the room. I believe that hotels should maintain a certain standard of cleanliness and ensure that essential amenities are readily available to guests. Unfortunately, my experience at Shree Ram palace fell short of meeting these expectations. I hope that the management of the hotel takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements. As a guest, I believe that feedback is important for the continuous improvement of any establishment. In my opinion this hotel is not for family!

Check-in process too smooth and so fast , room was okay have space. Bedsheet was used not changed we asked for towel got used one glasses crockery was too old , xneed to replace and need proper cleanesss on bed there lot of hairs

It's one of those shady places, rooms are very gross. Although we were gone sort of upgrade by hotel but to be honest other rooms are made for some other purpose instead of staying there. Talking about room, washroom's exhaust fan throws air from resturant to your bed room . Asked for towels they were strained and full of hair. Bedsheets were torne from places and obviously hair is something loved by them. Hygeine is a word these guys don't believe in.

Very bad behaviour of owner Mr Devendra of this hotel shre ram palace. 5 senior citizens were with us and Lift was not working and they gave room to third floor. While asking for the same, staff is saying it will start in half an hour bt it didn't started during our whole stay i.e 2 days. After insisting with hotel staff they gave 2 rooms on ground floor and 2 on 1st floor next day but there also flush and jet of washroom were not working. Though it was a budget stay but minimum requirements must be ensured. While complaining about the same to the owner Mr Devendra he was not all concerned about this, his only reply was "k paise Dene k time to kamiya bataoge hi" and he even scolded his staff for not taking money in advance and told that he will deduct the amount from their salary. Though only good thing was their staff which was polite and handling everything which they were able to do.

We had a great experience staying here. Everything including staff members, rooms, facilities etc was so good.

I booked the shree ram palace hotel in the morning and paid the amount but when I reached there in the evening the staff said that there is no booking under my name and it was the mistake as they didn't forward it to fab hotels and when I called t for more than an hour giving me the alternate suggestions but he was nice on the call his name was ABHISHEK and the alternate property given toh us was UDAY VILAS HOTEL which is really pathetic as their deluxe room was complete mess and the floor and balcony was not even moped and when we complained they came to clean it and outside of the room was much worse than garbage godown and in the morning without any prior call one guy came at our door and started banging it continuously for the breakfast which was unprofessional. The staff was not trained and we didn't find this stay valuable for our hard earned income
