Worst Hotel I have ever seen, A/C doesn't work, poor cleaning, all the rooms have cigarette smell, when we complain to the owner, the owner talks in abusive language, i would highly recommend not to book this hotel ever.

I am staying from here 10days we faced lot problems here. Staff not response is not good lot of power cuts there is no generator and inverter to. Even fans also not working during power cuts and it is very difficult to stay room during power cut and very hot weather and always getting complaints like hot water, fans, even water closets also not working properly. I have complained so many times this but the problems were repeating. Owner itself denied to run generator during power cuts. In reception the fans and all working coming to customer they are saying power cut and inverter also not working. Worst experience I have faced here. I suggest i don't visit this hotel again. I hope understand you all guys.

Worst ever experience. Don't ever ever ever ever stay in this pathetic hotel. Staff person doesn't even know how to behave and talk with customer. They are not a man of word...At the time of check out they are changing the tarriff for rooms. Room service is very worst. Hotel owner is good and nice person but hotel staff is very worst I have ever face.

Location us good, right infront of Railway station. Service is not good, rooms are not clean, if you travelling with your childeren who are less than 5 years, te also they will charge extra... Food was good, but service was average. Lift not working, bathroom shower & Toilet handshower as leaking... Be prepared t climb 2 stories as there is a light ussue on firt floor and lift doesn't work They dint have working kitchen, will buy food from market and provide on request...

This hotel is a good and new property, but looks like that during past 1 and half years of Covid19 situation business is not as usual, hence maintenance is not proper. The toilets fittings are kept and leaking, since my room was none A/C room was smelling dampness. Staff is good and helping.

As you can see in images TV is not working, Shower without shower head, bad hygiene, AC was like from 1975, cheap blanket in deluxe room, holes and not properly clean bedsheet and cushions. Also too much mosquito problem, no wifi reached to even first floor, warm water provided only on morning, and you have to argue with staff for any service like TV remote etc. Unprofessional staff. No doubt why all nearby hotel are full and this not!

Third class staff. Owner using bad language. Never book for this guys. Worst hotel management. Make false promises earlier later change charges of room. Stay away from this fraud.
