Hotel Shree Panchratna - Hotel in Pune - Pune, India

Well I never stayed at the room. I only went there for my German exam and the auditorium was really good and spacious and the bathrooms were really nice. Location absolute perfect near the Railway Station but the cost I think it's only the expensive side I think I can't blame them the Hotel is a luxurious one.....

Man was very rude he is a elderly man with grey hair should not be there to host any parties worst person. I have visited this place several times but this man made this visit worst. Place is very good, food quality has gone down.

I had one night stay on 29th November 2023. Room was spacious, neat and clean. Staff very co-operative. Although i read some negative reviews about the Hotel, But i did not find anything. May be due to some renovation, some disturbance may be there. One Thing noticed, During Breakfast, Their staff very talking for long- instead of properly attending customers, which should be avoided during visitor hours.

I have had an excellent experience at Hotel panchratna. The staff is very cordial and accommodating. The indoor greenery really adds charm to the hotel's aesthetics. It is pocket friendly hotel and very close to train station. I highly recommend staying here.

Had dinner here while waiting for my train to Hyderabad. Loves th way staff pampered us. The food options were amazing, and I felt like having home cooked food. This place was a good discovery.

Worst experience. This was my second time staying here since I really enjoyed the last time I stayed here but oh god, it was a nightmare this time, the renovation people kept shouting outside the room, the lady at the reception had no idea of how to deal with a request of extending my stay by just 2 hours and ended up charging me half a day and even that man in glasses at the reception was so rude! I've stayed at several places where they've allowed me a late checkout at a nominal price and sometimes even for free. Both the glasses man and short woman were downright horrible and probably the worst customer service representatives I've ever encountered. Also the food was beyond terrible. I ordered a club sandwich which was as hard as a rock. Never returning back here again. Special mention to the housekeeping staff Sreeram who was the best and the only professional person from this place! Thank you Sreeram

The hotel room is very spacious and well maintained. The staff are very co-operative in terms of any assistance that you require. The suggestion to the hotel that I would like to give is the quality of the breakfast buffet was not up to the mark.

Went a wedding reception at rooftop banquet..food was good, had fish fingers, chicken tikka , corn cheese fingers and crispy paneer..all good... banquet is small, good for a function of 50-100pax..
