Stayed for two days, the worst hospitality ever received!! Object of the hotel is to only fool customers. Charged too high for food. Quality of food was very poor. Room is also very poor. Bogus hotel!! Motive is only to snatch money from the customers. Would recommend to everyone not to have stay in this property.

Service very poor. Room was also not clean. Behaviour of staff was also very rude. Charged high MRP of rs 68 even for water bottle worth rupees 12. Quality of food not good. At the time of booking of hotel Buffet breakfast was assured by the hotel but breakfast was not provided. In a nutshell this hotel is total wastage of money. Will suggest not to stay in this hotel.

Very good property for business travellers. Best thing is it's pure vegetarian. Just issue with parking space only. Food quality is also good. Children enjoyed vanilla flavoured milk a lot.

The hotel has intentionally kept a deceptive name very similar to a popular hotel "Shree kanha Shyam residency" in same locality. Confused with the name people easily get fooled like myself. Was surprised to see even google will direct to this hotel (through Agoda and other websites) when u search availability for Kanha Shyam Residency. It's a simple way of fooling. Hotel is average and should be priced at half the value. I paid 6K per night. Major cons - very uncomfortable bed and linen, lints or fur coming out causing cough, Very poor wifi, doesn't work at all, no lockers, no toilet or tissues in room, no door auto lock so please ensure to lock manually, average staff, limited frills, construction view, Pros- decent location close to Civil line market, though a shady road with too many stray dogs and garages, decent food, large rooms, new property.

My customers were not at all happy with this hotel. They are very rigid and not customer friendly. They don't amend the menus even if requested. How can the staff expect us to eat the menu they provide. We are paying the money to the hotel for the food and we obviously want the menu as per our choice. We were enforced to eat what they had to provide. Really not appreciable.

Do not book here. Staff is rude. Reading other reviews who say this about the staff, I thought that this couldn't be affecting our stay. However this hotel tried to earn in a sneaky way by charging lots of money extra, for a mistake in the booking by them and Agoda... Bad experience.

I visited the hotel during a friend's daughter's marriage on 27th February 2023.Hospitality was moderately good. Rooms cleanliness and amenities were found to be excellent. However, some sort of facilities like toilet kits and towels were not placed. Little improvement is needed.
