Rooms need to be more hygienic. Pigeon nests are almost in all the balconies of the rooms and may be disturbance to guests. Bed sheets are dirty with stains. This hotel is located near to a chemical factory (APCA chemicals) due to which a bad smell always exists at this place and some of my friends experienced head aches also. Lastly, rooms are highly priced for their condition. Not recommended

Looks like the chef has changed . We have visited this place multiple times in past. But, the recent experience wasn't good . The captain didn't capture the order correctly, chef didn't cook it properly and we didn't enjoyed . We tried mushroom soup, which turned out to be a disaster. They make is same as munchow soup with mushrooms .take really bad .

If you are litetally not finding any other place to go , keep this hotel your last option. Hotel needs to improve on ambience, maintainace of things, food quality and many more.

Service is ok but washroom isn't maintain. Hotel staff are not family friendly and doesn't really understand the problems of customer. Formostly washroom need to be get repaired and cleaned properly. Washroom are broken smelly and dirty. .

Not recommended at all.....they charge room rent for 12 hrs.....we seriously paid 1500 for 12 hrs of stay......our checkin time was 7 am...after completing all documentry procedure and paying advance they said room you booked is only for 12 hrs....monkey business....

Main course was ok. Need improvement in starters and soups. Television should be operative conditions, hand dryer should be operative. Parking space & sitting arrangements was good. Acceptance of order and execution of serving was commendable.

Overall a nice place. Both for dine in or to organise a party. The garden is good and well maintained. Service and hygiene is also good.

The restaurant Spice Nation, a sure recommended. Food is great, ambiance is class, staff is good, as the distance from the city, a great place to dine after a good drive to the outskirts of the city Ratlam. The green carpet area is good for organizing party. Loved this place.
