The hotel is very good and budget friendly at the center of the city having a metro station nearby and public transportation easily accessible.
Rooms are well cleaned and quiet from outside noises.
All hotel staffs are friendly and helping...especially Miteshji very helpful person.
A hotel worth staying.
It was a bad experience, While checking out I reached to the reception an hour before and requested them to prepare my checkout. As I had made an advance payment of XX,XXX rupees, and also made a payment during check-in I requested the hotel to let me know if there is some amount out-standing or what, I told them that in next one hour I will leave the hotel to catch my train on time so I don't want to get into a situation where we debate of bill at the last time and that might impact my journey.
I came back in 1 hr and the reception was not at all prepared with my checkout billings, they even did not know about my advance payment to Fab hotels (a pathetic hotel service provider, they are just selling and making fool to people) , now Shravan hotel guy asked me all the payment proofs which I made at thier hotel QR scanners during check-in, looks like they don't either maintain customer checkin and checkout data or they perpously do this to ennoy customer and get last minute benefits.
I would never ever recommend any one to Fab hotels or Hotel Shravan..........
I took the cheapest room available as wanted a place to spend the night. They made sure the night was as comfortable as possible. Top notch staff and service. Amazing food too. Highly recommended for anyone staying in Nagpur.

I called on reception for the booking they denied to tell me the prices of the room and asked me directly to come hotel not sure why. I said if I book online he said we don't accept online booking if someone do we charge extra.
