Hotel Shoreline Pure Veg Restaurant Murud - Hotel in Murud - Raigad, India

This is the 2nd time I am staying in this hotel. Now the condition is worse compared to my 1st experience. Whatever photos they are showing on the internet, Goibibo or Oyo are older. Now the color of the rooms are peeled out and the walls have dampness and fungus because of rainwater. They asked us to change the room at midnight because of their mismanagement. All the mattresses in many rooms are torn out and springs of that mattresses come out which is injuring the guests. Also there are mosquitos in rooms for which they are giving joss sticks which are not so useful.

Very worst experience, very bad service no manners how to speak with customer , very arrogent staff, specially there food service is very bad, no test, I am wating for food two hours and they deliver very bad food no test, and very expensive

All the services given by this hotel are "THIRD CLASS", specially the Restaurant, the only one pure veg. hotel in Murud.. but the staff of the is useless, hopeless.. they are not even able to complete the orders in house/hotel customers..

Avoid staying at this hotel. Poorly maintained rooms, zero cleanliness and totally rude staff. A stupid guy from their staff came running at 3am last night to get extra bedsheets and pillows by not knocking on door but by smashing the door trying to enter forcefully. When asked don't they understand simple manners and behaviour towards guests, he simply looked arrogant and did not even apologise. Management is completely least bothered once you pay heavily for useless and least maintained rooms and facilities.

Very horrible experience for me as a tourist and they don't accept Oyo booking if u booked then confirmed also they will say we need extra amount otherwise we won't allow you. In cost they will take double price of what we book in Oyo and one more thing Oyo will not respond properly and they don't take any alternative for the customer. In rooms nothing is good just price is good amount,they don't give anything, in bathrooms nothing will be good flush is not working and no hot water is coming.

This is one of the few pure veg restaurant in Murud. Food is good. Reasonably priced, close to beach

Third rate hotel with no sanitation. 1 waiter+1 cook combo. Took 85 mins for 1 plate pulao and dal fry. Bad taste and inexperienced cooking. If u think this is not true experience Yourself although as a self experienced person don't go here

It is one of the Pure vegetarian hotel in Murud, and the food I eat was Fabulous. The food served was neat and clean, overall hotel is maintained clean. The staff is also polite to communicate and helping.
