The rating of the hotel Shobhana palace and actual facility doesn't match. How can they name it "Palace"?? The room size while booking on the MMT app was 120 sq. ft. but in actual the room is hardly have carpet area of 65-75 sq. ft. Bed size 5.5 ft x 5.5 ft approx, 2 ft space to move around the bed and the room ends. They did not provide Towels, soaps, shampoo. They control the geyser power supply from hotel reception, so weird.... The ceiling fan was at height 6.5 ft because ceiling height is 7ft. Does the hotel have fire department NOC? They seems to have illegal construction to include balcony space into hotel room. MMT team need to do due diligence of this hotel property and check all NOCs from AMC corporation. I urge MMT team to visit this property, please. Don't trust the photos.
