Hotel Shobha - Indian restaurant in Malvan - Sindhudurg, India

When in malvan have your plate of malvani seafood and meat here, don't fall for any other hotel. As a tourist one is looking for more than just a good food plate, you are looking for an unique experience; the ambience, the taste of the food and the cleanliness at this place is no different than our own home. Food is not fancy but it successfully delivers the malvani taste, quantity may not be satisfactory for big eaters but prices are manageable. We ordered bangda thali, samdali thali, crab thali and chicken vade all of which were delight to finish. I would like to mention although this is the first time i am reviewing this place i have been visiting it for almost 5 years and they have managed to maintain the standards of not just food but also cleanliness. The place is walking distance from the parking area. It doesn't have AC sitting area but is well ventilated. They do accept UPI payments.

Home cooked tasty food. Had to wait for fish thali, veg thali usually gets quickly. No parking area, but it is next to Sindhudurg boat jetty, one can park vehicle at jetty. Must try fish thali. Overall good experience.

This sweet little place serves the best Veg-NonVeg thalis. Me n my friends had a chicken and different fish thalis. The taste is really like homemade food. The people at this place are very nice and try their best to serve you in time with tasty food. Prices are normal like any other restaurants in area and quite affordable. I will definitely visit again.

Wonderful & must visit place for mouthwatering and authentic Malvani Veg , Non Veg & Specially Sea Food. The speciality is they are using own formulated Spices & homely touch in preparation, Hygiene, Ambiance & Hospitality are really appreciated, All the best to the team.

Excellent place to enjoy a perfect malvani cusine. Though you have to wait for a while for your food believe me the it is worth cause the food is simply delicious . The couple that runs this restaurant is very kind and helpful. Feel free to ask about any queries u have about malvan they will give you right advice. Ambience is good and the kitchen is clean and healthy.They serve the locally available fresh fish. Do vist this place for a delicious malvani meal.I bet u won't regret. This is actually a very ordinary place in the middle of the market area in Malvan. The place is homely. Food is definitely good. I wouldn't call it a restaurant, it's more like homely meal. We ordered Khekda Masala (Crabs), Wada and Kombda (Chicken Marsala) and surmai fish thali along with a veg thali. Food was very simple yet quite delicious. Once you order the food it might take up to 15-20 mins as they cook fresh. Definitely a great place for a staple Malvan types meal.
