Hotel Shivtara - Hotel in Nanded, Nanded-Waghala - Nanded, India

First thing Why I've given one star to this. My experience was worst here. I had booked room through OYO when I reached on spot they said cancel room & charging extra money. In OYO app they have mentioned that no couples allowed. So I booked two different rooms but when I reached there with my partner they said cancel room booking on OYO & pay 2000 rs to stay here. So Over all Pros- 1. Near Gurudwara Cons- 1. Staff behaviour not good 2. Owner talks rudely 3. Way to this hotel is tough coz road is not proper there 4. Washroom smells a lot 5. Bedsheet was not washed. 6. Room was not as shown in image. I could share photos but they don't allow me to click photo.

Rooms are full of Insects. The bathroom floors were broken and very dirty. The water in the washroom used to run out. The mattresses were very bad. One Knight Price Rs. 700

Room are Good and in budget, Staff have very rude, also behaviour is very rude, Another everything is fine. First day I say i will pay by UPI thay said no, only pay cash, so In the early morning at 5am i go to ATM and withdraw money and pay. I suggested stay only if you have cash, and also ready to face Rude behaviour if you want to stay OYO Shivtara

OK Hotel no food or non cooperative staff. Don't pay in advance more than a day cause they don't return ur money if ur plan is changed at any cost. Will not recommend to others. My TV was not working still he took full amount. Should have more professional.

It was very bad experience. Hot water is not avalible. Staff is very arrogant. Mattress's (very low quality) springs are pricking to back. TV is functional with all free channel. Non of the hotel staff dident asked for a water bottle.

Bad smell in all rooms. No attention towards basic cleaning. Basic services like providing bath soap, towels & sealed drinking water bottles is lacking. Not at all suitable for family stay.

I am on a backpacking tour and generally booking budget hotels. Budget hotels are never that comfortable, but when I checked in at Hotel Shiva Tara, I was delighted by their service, ambience. Though it's an old fashioned hotel, the owner has put hos soul into this and has turned the old hotel into a luxury stay. The hotel gets a retro look What I loved? 1) The room fragrance 2) Clean washroom 3) Very comfortable bed 4) Charging points were closed to bed 5) LED TV 6) Polite staff What needs to improve? 1) I feel, wall should get a good rich color or texture or wallpaper 2) The doors should be replaced with trendy doors Overall, I am satisfied with my stay Safety, comfort and easy check in

Dear all, Few days ago i visited at hotel shivtara and decided never go there again because of staff, cleaning, Asking doubble money than oyo app, 800 on oyo and they saying we have fix rate of 1500 for you other wise we are taking 1700 to 3000 from other, staff was rude and not giveing properly answers, and saying we don't need you or oyo services we have already lots of customers, and playing games and using mobile, zero attention on customers.
