Hotel Shivratn Palace Lodge & Restaurant - Restaurant in Bharuwa Sumerpur - Hamirpur, India

While travelling from Noida to Chattarpur , I stayed at Hotel Shivratn Palace and Lodge which falls in Bharuwa Sumerpur. The stay was comfortable and the food is awesome, The staff is very professional and although I booked at the last minute ,The owner himself made sure the accommodation is clean. PS : I was travelling with my wife and 3 months toddler. The owner please the child with free goodies.

I am staying here at hotel Shivratn since 13th December till date , i am feeling like home. Staff members are very cooperative. Food is like home and hygienic. Good facilities like Air condetioning/Heaters /Wash room with hot water facilities /Wifi . All necessary daily use things are readily available at hotel or near by surroundings. Thanks hotel team for great hospitality . Hotel leadership is also quite adjustable with all aspects.

Compared to other cheap hotels it's better 1. The staff is good, Specially receptionist is very cool. Because I am from West UP, I thought the language would be a problem but everything was awesome.Rooms are good and can be better.I hv 1 problem there in hotel, I've many electronic gadgets but I don't find any power switch near my bed. Nex one is If you are unemployed, then book this hotel from OYO and food will be found nearby, but if you are in job then you will not have any problem with the rate list of hotel.The hotel is not expensive, It is their compulsion to keep the price high to provide such facilities when there are fewer customers take rooms. The condition and location of the hotel is very good for the couples, no noise, no interference, no disturbing.Next Time I'll came with my better half(If this hotel is couple friendly then ..) Placed in a very remote Highway side location, no near by ATM, market or shops. Though the room was decent, but due to few guest they don't give much attention to the guest. For example we were kept on hold for more than an hour just to check out from the hotel as there was no one to proceed. Anyway night sleep was great & they provided us hot water 2 times for shower. at last i'd like to recommend not to stay in this hotels if you are going with family as it is more than 3 km far from main locality/market. But if you are solo traveler & visiting nearby industries then its good place to stay & sleep for one night.

An amazing place to stop over for some authentic indian food. The aloo parathas were great( curd too!!). And the tea is a must try. The paneer tikkas can give the cafes a run for their money!! USP- it is very hygienic.

I have visited alot of time and every and each time i got the better service, the taste and quality of food is very fantastic and i really appreciate it.. Room service is great and staff members were well trained and humble and yeah always provide the service as we want. Thank you

I have stayed both at Prakash and Hotel Shivratn as their are only two options available in Sumerpur, yes the price is only a bit high(100-200) but the facility Shivratn provides is unbeatable, both food and service was excellent and rooms are completely in hygiene and comfortable, you can't and should not expect much of this here in a town area.

Good location. Management is active. There is no operational restaurant at present due to some technical reasons, so one has to go out to eat. However, I found the young son of the owner to be a bright young man who will bring up the standards of the place.
