HOTEL SHIVNERI PALACE - Bar in Jalna - Jalna, India

Please do not go to this hotel. Hotel is not worth visiting, even though we booked hotel in advance, room was a disaster when we reached there . And then staff wasn't ready to make beds and only upon multiple requests they gave us blankets and pillows which were soiled badly with very irritated face. We couldn't get any drinking water and there was nothing to eat as well. The water coming out of taps was drops, had to wait for 30 mins so that half bucket could be filled. Water in taps was very cold even out of hot water tap it was freezing cold water and dropping just droplets. Please see the images to understand what they had to offer us after advance booking of rooms for room condition, cleanliness, facilities and other things. Hotel owner gave assurance of good facilities but the lift wasn't working since 8 months, their family restaurant was closed 2 years ago and only place they have anything eatable available is in their bar which is obviously not a family friendly place. To sum up things not worth your time and money, my trip was all devastated because of this hotel

Good service and very nice food

Strictly okay. Rooms are moderately spacious but don't have any curtains on the windows. Not clean specially the toilets. The sheets were not clean either. Food is alright. They have in-house parking facility and restaurant, only 2 good things about the place.

They could have maintained more cleanliness. Food was good but varieties are too less in vegetarian section. I've had their non-vegetarian dishes on delivery. They are better prepared compared to the vegetarian dishes.

Good hotel. Very slow service in Restaurant. Hotel management was good. House keeping, Room service and attendant are all in the worst part. The staff were acting in sarcasm and teasing customers who don't know Hindi. Didn't even provide water to the room until it was protested. I was told of better hotels in Jalna after vacating this one. Strictly not recommended for non-hindi people. Never do you experience such.

Stayed there for a night, but would suggest to stay in Aurangabad if not compulsive to stay at Jalna. Very inappropriate behaviour of staff, the rooms smell liquor and do not have any proper maintenance. Not ideally suited for any family. Restaurant of the hotel serves food, but not really great

The hotel is conveniently located & very good..I stayed with my family for a night and found it very decent, food quality is excellent. Owner of the hotel and manager are well mannered and staff is friendly. When your are going from Pune to Nagpur or other way arround ,best pace to stay....
