A bit old one but rooms were neat.. Hot water Parking Service was a bit late... might be due to holiday season rush.. visited in last week of December. Walking distance to Kanyakumari Beach and other attractions nearby. Lot of food options available around the hotel. All the basic amenities were provided.

This hotel is a very good plus for the location. It is near for temple, ferry and sunrise point. The stay at the hotel was not good. Blanket, proper bed sheet not provided. After requesting multiple times they gave bed sheet to use as blanket. Totally not satisfied with the hotel experience.
Pretty much budget.you can spend the night.but low on cleanliness and Courtsey. They didnt have guests in the entire hotel, still couldn't extend my checkout time as I was tied up outside and asked for an hour's extension.so had to rush back.would recommend if u r only on a budget
