Very decent hotel to stay. Room charges are considerably above average. It was an overall good stay. Very close to the Hospet bus stop. And a very good restaurant near the hotel.

Pathetic Rooms ..Room full of cockroach and mosquitos.. Hotel staff not friendly ... Rude attide by staff .. Definately not recomend

Rooms were very good but the service needs to be improved. If you spill anything on their bedsheet, their workers will tell you different rates for dry cleaning. Apart from this, the stay was very much comfortable. There should be a proper laundry pricing sheet available in every room to avoid any extra charges.

- Booked a room with afternoon check in. Was going to check in evening after Hampi visit - not a single courtesy call was made to check whether we are going to still check in,or not - Not a single bottle of water provided on arrival,one old jug was placed in table with no water in it ( don't think any one prefers drinking pre filled water in jug after corona) - No soaps,dental kits in room - No kettle in rooms for drinking hot water - in times of immunity being important that too in peak tourist place like Hampi, importance of hot water to drink on safer note need not be told - We checked out next day morning at 7am, no cloakroom facility to hold luggages - it was kept along with linen - We came back in evening to pick up luggages, wanted to use wash room to fresh up after tired of Hampi travel - understood that there is no common wash room in ground floor. Don't understand how that can be possible..even if guests, especially ladies that were going to check-in want to use wash room,they have to wait until check-in is done in room and use washroom there

The hotel room was good but apart from the room no room service was offered at all. We stayed 3 nights, they did not offered a single drop of water. Fortunately the hotel is located to very good place in Hospete and we got everything once we came outside of the hotel. And no one came asked to clean the room as well. Once i have requested to provide a room on temporary basis as early check in and they have charged 900 but while requested so many times for late checkout they didn't bother. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. Room service comes after one hour after repeated calls. TV was not working from 4 pm to 10 PM. The lady sitting in the reception is very rude and with no humanity. I stayed from 17/12/22 4 PM to 18/12/22. I checked out at 9 AM. Kept the luggage in the hotel till 3.30PM. When we requested for a wash room at 4 PM for my wife, the front desk receptionist a women refused to allow even after repeated request. "According to Indian Sarais Act 1867, any individual can ask for free water from any hotel at any time. Furthermore, he or she can use the washroom for free and no one can stop them. It is your right to demand water from any hotel at any time." Since I never had time to take action I left the place and went to another hotel and used the wash room. A very bad experience. Do not recommend even to the worst enemy

Our experience was good at this hotel. Since we went in Christmas season it was difficult to get bookings. The cost was little bit high may b bcos of season. We have taken food outside since many restaurants are nearby. They told we can order food also. Overall experience was good.
