HOTEL SHIVANAND ,TRIMBAKESHWAR - Hotel in Trimbak - Nashik, India

1) Appreciation to Mr. Yash There was only one guy who was on the night shift named Mr. Yash he was the only guy we met who was dedicated about his work. That 1 star i gave for service for his dedication towards his work. 2) Non professional staff on Day Shift The staff on the day shift have no professionalism while dealing with the complaints from guests. We felt like they were doing favours to us by allowing to stay in their hotel. As if we are staying for free. 3) No free Parking Facility They don't have their own parking. You need to park your car on the ground behind the hotel which is paid. 4) Timepass Room Service Staff The room service staff seems like they are just doing work during summer vacation. They don't have any seriousness about the work. Rest is all ok. Radhe Radhe

Too much mosquitoes and cockroaches in the room which was making me and my family more uncomfortable. Hence, hotel staff need to check sanity level before customer check in and provide warm welcome to customers.

Pros: 1. At a walkable distance from main temple 2. Air-conditioned rooms with western toilet and geyser in attached bathroom are available 3. Family rooms with 5-8 beds are available 4. Extra amenities like towel, toiletries, packaged water, Television are available 5. Lift is available 6. Lot of eateries and shops around Cons: 1. Tourist vehicles are not allowed on this street which makes carrying luggage a bit difficult, need to hire local auto for transfer from parking area at around 500 meter 2. Family room with 8 beds is on mezzanine floor that has less height and only two bathrooms 3. Lift door is not smooth so is left open a lot and gets stuck on floors 4. No in-house restaurant available as of now 5. No room service 6. Staff behave as if they do not care and are borderline rude

Rooms are very unhygienic, curtains and other furnishings items are very ugly seems like they haven't washed since ages. Sole reason for guest is that it is close to the temple rest everything is hopeless.

Location is very nearby to temple , just in the parallel road to temple.. Rooms are good but there was no lift when I we visited the place . For sr. Citizens or those who need assistance to climb steps - there is no ramp at the entrance, it will be good to have a ramp for wheelchair but they gave us the room in ground floor which was helpful. Also the staff helped in picking up the wheel chair for my aged mom who can't walk. Food and service can be to the room. They give extra beds for extra ppl or kids with extra charge. All in all .. its a good experience with this stay.. there may be others pls explore

Benefit is only near to the Main temple, walking distance except that nothing good, Poor services, no meal serve in the room, very unhygienic *bed sheet, washroom, etc., mosquitos, bad experience not recommended at all.

Rooms was so dustful and late-night we che ke in and after 1 hour we check out hotel. management not giving any refund after too much chitchat

It is actually a Lodge. Do not expect feeling of a Hotel. Rooms are below expectation.
