Everything was good. Staff attitude could be more welcoming. Food was good, room was good. Towel could be more clean. Location is great. Room preparation took little longer. Worth staying here. Location is very near to railway station.

The rooms are good but bathrooms are little outdated needs an upgrade. The room service is not and check in timing is 12 p.m that is not feasible for the travellers who are reaching Pune earlier in the morning. They haven't prepared the rooms prior to our arrival. We waited 1 hr to get into room service is very slow.

The location of this hotel is very convenient, as it's just a 5-minute walk from Pune station, making it ideal for anyone new to Pune. Additionally, the AC Shivneri bus depot is a short 4-6 minute walk away, making it even easier to explore the city. For sightseeing enthusiasts, the proximity to Dagduseth Ganpati and Shaniwar Wada, both just 14-15 minutes away, is a big plus. You can easily immerse yourself in Pune's rich history and culture. The hotel rooms were comfortable and clean, but I must admit that they are slightly overpriced. However, they do offer complimentary breakfast when you book AC rooms. Just be sure to confirm this before finalizing your stay.Overall, I would recommend Hotel Shivam to those planning to visit nearby places in Pune. Its convenient location and makes it a suitable choice for travelers looking to explore the city nearby station area.

Best hotel to stay. Rooms are clean and the service is good. The best part is its location just 5min walk from pune station. Dagdushet ganpati and shaniwar wada are just15-20 min away from hotel which is a plus point for tourist. Overall best hotel in pune.

Best location but overpriced and shady. We paid Rs 2600 for an ac room which was worth not more than 1200-1500. It is at a good location, near Pune station. Rooms are clean but nothing is properly maintained. They do not have inhouse restaurant as well.

The hotel is situated in Agarkar nagar, area that is closest to Pune jn. railway station. It is accessible easily. Hotel does not have lift/elevator facility, because it has only two floors. Ground floor and first floor room interior and room facility is not modern whereas second floor room interior and its facility is modernised. Location, accessibility, breakfast, staff > Room facilities.

The location is very helpful, almost 200 meters to the central railway station,less than 100 meters to bus stand, bars and restaurants etc. I find the price overpriced as the room which I booked was almost 2000 for a night for a single person. The toilet was okay not upto any other hotels I have visited. The other issue I faced was regarding AC as I found it switched off yet there was some cooling inside the room, but not by centralised cooling. Weird!! The quality of the linen and bedspread especially the pillow cases were pathetic with evident marks of usage. The storage was ample, and also had a mini fridge. The windows are useless and they do have complimentary breakfast if booked accordingly. Upon arrival the entry and locality May seem sketchy( maybe because I am not used such a scenario). Anyways for Rs 2000 I believe there are better accommodations nearby.

Good one , their breakfast is complimentary and excellent, service too good , heater and ac in working condition.Nearby railway station and bus stand, price is bit high , but worth the stay.
