My Worst Stay Ever. The Room that I stayed in had leakage on all the 4 wall plus spit marks of paan on the walls. Bathroom door never closed and so was with the main door. They did not provide even 1 bottle of water to drink. With the price of 3 star facility you won't even get the service of 1 star. I stayed here because of my urgency.
A nice place in comparison to the nearby options. I will recommend this place for families but not for solo people as for a single person the price is higher Although the room is decent but still you just need a place to sleep being single so why spend more...
I had an amazing experience. Good room and great location. Staff was very cooperative and helped me so much. The reception guy was very polite and very helpful by nature. Highly recomended by me if you want a decent ac room. And try food in kunal restaurant. Being delhite i enjoyed their food. Thank you.

A good place for a very good reasonable price. Staff behaviour is also very good. Location also is very near I.e: walkable distance to Railway station. ( max 200mtrs ) . Recommend to book this hotel for a short stay.

I stayed at Hotel Shivalik for 2 nights (28th Feb & 2nd March, 2019). I would recommend this hotel based on following facts: 1. Best Location: walking distance from Abu railway station.....take front road from railway station.....Left from T point...5 minute walk near Gurudwara. 2. Quick service - within seconds 3. Good quality & Tasty food : They also arranged 'Rabdi' a famous sweet dish at Abu from outside. Food available till 11PM. 4. Kid friendly: I needed milk for my daughter (2 yr old) in early morning (5 AM). They arranged it before that. Generally hotels restaurant opens late I.e. 7-7:30 AM and such needs are difficult to meet. 5. Very supportive staff. 6. Hot water availability - I have to take early morning train at 5:35 AM on 3rd March. Hence I requested for hot water for bathing in early morning. They said inform us about 30 minute before need. They provided hot water at 3:30 AM Hotels generally not provide geyser facility 24 hr, bathroom may not have geyser, hot water is generally provided in morning hours only I.e. 6-11 AM. 7. Support staff available 24 HR.
1. Hotel is at walking distance from the Abu railway station. No need to hire auto or taxi. Near gurudwara. 2. Good supportive family friendly staff: helped us to carry luggage during check in & out of room. 3. Service is available in few seconds. 4. Good quality and tasty food. 5. Service available throughout night: hot water, early morning milk for baby etc. Dinner available till 11 PM. 6. Best option for people reaching late night and leaving in early morning for taking train.
It's a good hotel and family friendly. The staff has been helpful. Even though we checked out of the room, the staff was sensible enough to let us stay in the guest waiting area for a couple more hours as I had a train to catch.
I have had such a wonderful experience in hotel management in my life at this hotel, very nice and wonderful ambiance and service, I give it a 5 star rating. And am satisfied.
Good room, that's service was awesome . Good comfortable rooms , hot water , ac everywas very nice ,. That's was near the railway station you try to visit that hotel , in abu road .
Hotel was booked solid, but we got our reservation just in time. The breakfast was better than I remembered, with authentic Indian style breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Thank you!

Very Delicious and Hygienic Lunch. Quality and Quantity both are up to the mark. Roti and all the meal was Hot. Owner is also supportive. We ordered Thali. Highly recommended.

This is the best place in Abu Road to have Momos, Pav Bhaji, Pizaa, Sandwiches etc. The taste is amazing, the owners are very hospitable, the service is fast and good. Our two month stay in Abu road became a lot more bearable because of this place. :
