I recently had the opportunity to stay at the SHIVAKA INN hotel near Delhi International Airport, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I expected a comfortable and convenient stay, but I encountered several issues that left me disappointed. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the hotel room was subpar. Upon arrival, I noticed stains on the bed sheets and an unpleasant odor throughout the room. It was evident that the housekeeping staff had not paid attention to detail. This lack of cleanliness significantly impacted my comfort during the stay. Moreover, the service provided by the hotel staff was far from what one would expect from a reputable establishment. The front desk staff appeared disinterested and unhelpful, failing to address my concerns adequately. Requests for basic amenities were not met & completely ignored. No complimentary water bottles at all. This lack of attentiveness and poor customer service left a lasting negative impression. Furthermore, the noise level within the hotel was unbearable. The thin walls did very little to block out the constant noise from street as they provided is the ground level room . This disrupted my sleep and made it difficult to relax after a long day of travel. It was evident that the hotel did not prioritize soundproofing, which is essential for a restful stay. Lastly, the location of the hotel, advertised as being near Delhi International Airport, was misleading. It took significantly longer than expected to reach the airport due to heavy traffic congestion in the area. This inconvenience added unnecessary stress and made me question the accuracy of the hotel's marketing claims. Overall, my stay at the SHIVAKA INN hotel near Delhi International Airport was highly disappointing. The lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, excessive noise, and misleading location all contributed to an unpleasant experience. I strongly advise potential guests to consider alternative accommodations that prioritize guest satisfaction and comfort.

Hotel Shivaka Inn is the excellent facilities and a delightful ambience. Its prime location and the best supporting staff. The Food is delicious, and the room service is top-notch. I had a wonderful day with my family enjoyed our stay at the best hotel in Kapashera.

I stayed at this place because this place allowed to accommodate my cat and was the closest one near to AQCS office. Its just a 5 minutes walk to AQCS. The whole team were very welcoming, and the food and other services were great. Keep it up!
