Great Location, pleasant and cleaned rooms, but the thing that makes the place such a good place to stay are the staff. All the people are helpful and generous with their time and advice. I recommend all the people who are looking forward to stay in this hotel

Everything is very good. But service time is delayed. If you ordered something. It will take more time to deliver.

The worst hotel one can live in. The staff is very cooperative but that's not what we book for right. The quality of stay is very very bad. No clean sheets(even though they claim they cleaned) No clean washroom. Hygiene is very bad, I found a cockroach yeah a cockroach the ultimate sign of poor hygiene. No outside food allowed there, they've their own menu that quite expensive. No free early check available (most of the hotels prefer to give free early check in) Here it was not given. And charges are almost 1300-1500 per night That's also too much. And IF YOU ARE BOOKING FROM OYO REMEMBER "Photos shown there are not entirely true, Actual vs virtual the difference is huge"

Lacks professionalism. They switched off AC from the reception at night 12 am and I thought power cut was there. When I complined in morning they switched on. Highly irresponsible.

The worst room I've ever seen, frequently power cut, untidy,stain in bed sheet,intentionally switch off the lift and geyser, whereas the other hotels 1200 in Deoghar but here it's 2000, service is very poor. I recommended everyone please don't come here without any judgement, hotel staffs have not any mannered, they take money by making people foolish.

I had stayed at the hotel before and the service was really good, it was budget-friendly, easy to find a location, there were many food options, and the room was well maintained. The TV had some channels that I like, the AC was great, and Wi-Fi worked well. The only downside is that the food took a while to arrive when I ordered it but, otherwise my experience at this hotel was amazing.

The amount they have charged, I thought I'll be providing best room but no it was such a bad room, bathroom was unhygienic, soap was not there....and even I asked for water bottle they said u have to pay for it, Water bottles are common thing to surve without any cost. Very bad hotel

Worst Hotel. The conditions of the rooms were pathetic. Rooms were very dirty, may be the rooms have not been cleaned for few weeks. The A/C in the rooms were not at all working properly. Single bed rooms were treated as double bed rooms. Overall we had the worst experience of staying in a hotel in our life. Furthermore neither OYO Welcome kit nor Towels was given to us.
