Except Room nothing is worthy, no continuous hot water, no service, service only when asked even water is given (complimentary) only after asking. No lift service was under repair for over 6 hours and they kept on saying that they will repair in 30 mins. Must be given budget hotel rating instead of 2 star. Wifi never worked and manager said replacing cables. They just value money and not customer

Overall Rooms and Location was average but the service given by Mr Baswaraj Lakshetty was great. He was so cooperative and helpful in nature.

Except for the rooms you should not consider them for stay. The price at which they offer rooms is not worth as the basis facilities like wifi and television are not provided by the host. Hot water facility is available from morning 6 am to 10 am only. They provide you with toiletries like towel and soap. Alongwith a mineral water bottle. AC charges are extra.

This hotel is value for our money; they provide neat service and clean rooms. I recommend even non-AC hotels for this Bidar area, except for peak summer. I stayed here in mid-September 2023. I didn't book through any hotel booking apps, so I directly called the hotel number and booked the hotel room. But some times, direct calls from hotel staff are not picked up. The prices are really reasonable and are located in a prime location. (approximately 1.5 km from the railway station, busstand, and Guruduwara).

Hi all, I stayed here for two nights with friends, hotel at in prime location, easy to find. Some of the observation: 1. Rooms are large (for 4 people) Small also available 2. toilets is clean but taps are not properly fitted 3. Cupboard area Available 4. Refrigerator also available 5. Tv is there but not working properly 6. old lift is there 7. old telephone also there in reception 8. near by all the major shop are located Save water, save soil, save future

900 Rupees for 1 non-AC room. Room service was very nice. You must leave within 24 hrs otherwise they will charge for 2 days after 24 hours. Ventilation was not there in room so check before taking the room.

Good comfortable stay but you do not get compliment breakfast and taxi service.

Room was not ready. Had to wait for more than 30 min to get a spare room for refreshing and got the room allotted only in the evening. We extended our stay by one day. Same issue repeated and it was a bad experience. Front office of the hotel needs to improve. However, rooms are clean, spacious and good. Good location. Had a interaction with the Vice President of the Hotel. He expressed his regret and assured that front office desk will improve.
