Getting Hot water in bath room not available, staff not supported, bath towel not clean, higin and very dirty. Wi Fi not working, in-spite of repeated requests, no body attended. Room floor are not cleaned for years.

The reception staff does not allow any guest to sleep in their hotel. Why?????? Any time they call in any room and disturb their clients. Unwanted and louder music started in the early morning hours. Resulting to no sleep in the morning hours. Staff behavior is very bad with the client if you want to sleep in their hotel. The hotel staff's main agenda is only no one can sleep in their hotel. If anyone does not want to sleep and learn how to harass your client then you are in the right place.

Very bad staying experience. Room cleanliness and food was poor.

overall good services. clean and comfortable room and washroom. food quality was also good. couldn't have breakfast due to late opening of kitchen at 8a.m.

This hotel is very good. It is in prime location. Where you get any think staff behavior is Soo good and supporting. Rooms are neat and clean. In hotel indoor games are available for children's. Movie hall is available in hotel. A good Restaurant is also available. If any one thinking for all facilities then I recommend this hotel . It is safe for family members.
