Rooms are big enough but old too, service is medium ranged, water pressure in the washrooms created a ruckus for me than they solved the problem by changing the room. breakfast was tasty, the food is tasty, staff is freindly and has a helping nature, credit card debit cards wont' work, upi will work. parking is a problem throughout your stay, bell boys work hard. ambience is good.

The room was very very poor, the bedsheets were very dirty, and the room was full of long hairs and when asked to change they got us a torn bedsheet. The washroom didn't have a flush and bumb shower working. And they charged us 2520 rupees please check other places if you are coming to surendranagar.

Rooms can be more clean. Toilets are not as shown in pictures. They need renovation ,maintainence and cleaning. Apart from that it was a great stay there. Amazing staff, wonderful service, very cooperative, great food, nice ambience overall of the hotel. Good location. Reasonable prices.

All room has enough space and we have booked multiple rooms single bed and double bed ac room service was also good and staff was very nice and room were clean

It is the worst hotel I have ever been to,nothing in return to the price,if I had option I would rate in negative, we booked a suite room and in return to price the room was not even a usual standard room even Not at all recommended, we had to stay only for a day and had so many complaints none of them resolved during the day Never ever go there

I like this hotel very much.its food taste very tasty.rooms are also beautiful and well mentained.

They close very early. We were passing by Surendranagar, and wanted to have dinner there. But guess what, it was closed for dinner by 10pm..!!
