Very poorly managed hotel. The property does not have enough staff to look after the guests. Everything, right from the reception, room service, catering and house keeping is of pathetic quality. Actually, the people are not trained in hospitality at all. there is no phone at the room, the hygiene of the room is maintained, linens are not cleaned. no soap or any toiletries are provided. one person, with the name is running the show with meagre resources. This property should not be counted as a hotel. absolutely pathetic and frustrating experience.

Honest review : The staff service is very bad Food is very bad The room is full of hairs No cctv Room door locks are not working even not the bathroom door No generator Ac not working Lack of electricity After that these is to tell you at night 8 , the full electricity has gone.... We are asking the staff when the light will come they r not giving any answer.

Used to be a great stop in the past, was a regular here during my NH travels, but this time was highly disappointed! Air conditioners not working, flies all around the place, couldn't even eat properly coz of the flies! Don't think will stop over again in the future. WAS an ideal place with family, nice restaurant, clean washrooms and a nice lawn to stretch

We stayed there just for a night. It was on the dhanbad - Aurangabad highway. The owner was very courteous and gave instructions to the staff to cater us with local authentic food. We really got to eat nice dishes of bihar for dinner.

After a long drive on way to Varanasi from Bodh Gaya in a cab found this place. There were hardly any good hotels other than this. The food we had ordered was good but they took very long time to prepare and serve which cost us about 45 to 50 minutes of our precious time to reach Varanasi before peak hour has started in Moghul Sarai.
