I booked a room in this hotel for 4 people. Before booking, I was skeptical about the hotel due to the reviews earlier customers had given the hotel. But having stayed there in person, I can happily say the rating is deserved. The hotel is very close to central bus stand in Surajpole. That alone makes it a very easy choice. The staff's behavior was also to be appreciated. All services requested were promptly met. Room was clean and hot water was provided on demand. The only suggestion we have for the hotel is to have a generator for emergency uses. Twice during our stay, power got cut off for 4-5 minutes. And there was no backup power supply. Apart from this, all other facilities were commendable.

Hotel staff behaviour is very nice, near to bus stand but Room cleaning is very bad, Bathroom size is just a almira 2.5*5 feet size, no wash basin in bath room , No warm water facility in bath room but staff provide in bucket.

Bad services The hotel room itself was dirty, the lights in the room and bedroom did not work properly, the bathroom sink did not work, the TV was just a box to show that there is TV(not working) in the room nothing else, no hot water in bathroom.
If there was zero rating option, I would have given that. Do not stay here!! U get better hotels with better staff anywhere else. Very Bad Experience. Room was small, dirty & Airy. Windows doors are not fixed properly. Not value of money paid. Washroom was very small. The size of the washroom was approx. 3ft x 5ft in which Western toilet seat along with a small wash basin was installed. There was no space to take bath. There was no Hot Water Tap in the Bathroom. Hotelier used to provide Hot Water in buckets.
Budget hotel.Location of this hotel is close to roadways bus stand hardly 300 mtr on main road. hotel room was small but clean.bathroom was also small. No lift is there so you need to walk on stairs.No hot water in bathroom. hotel staff will bring hot water in bucket on your request(free of cost). this hotel is good for solo travellers who are travelling for office purpose. Cons - Since this hotel is on the side of busy main road so there will be so much noise of vehicle and horn in the room in day time.but in night after 10 pm there will be very few noise.
