Holiday in Homestay is too good of a place to chill with your family and friends. It gives you great comfort just as your own home. It's a beautiful property with balcony and mountain views. Perfect space for parking. Delicious food with a very humble staff. (Especially a staff member Raj who took care of us really well and was there for us on a single call every time).
The real image included here. The room service are worst. Only super deluxe room look good but room are not clean and unhygienic. The drinking water is dirty and unclean. There is water issue in thus hotel. Bed and pillow and blanket are dirty. Seems like owner have nothing to do with the hotel. Views are good but rest of the things are worst. So beware. The stuff try their best to help clients but really it would be difficult to stay for just 2 day.
In this hotel only one person has doing reception work, kitchen work, wash room work, cleaning work. There is no cupboard in the room, blanket is so dirty. In one room TV is s not working, No welcome drink has been served to us. Too dirty door mate & blanket No parking all is too dirty
Most pathetic experience. I reached at 8.30am and they didnt deny early checkin but put us in a room without cleaning it. The bedsheet and the blanket were exactly kept the same way as left by the previous occupants. I had to clean the toilet seat myself to use it. Finally after wasting 3.5hours I left the place and No Refund! The hotel staff even argued and said they cant do anything as they dont have anyone to clean the room. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. IT IS MORE LIKE A BROTHEL
The room was nicely furnished, but the bed/couch next to window was not properly dusted nor did the super deluxe room as per Hotel staff had a ceiling fan. There was also shortage of charging ports. Next the bathroom did not have a shower and the hand shower for toilet use. Bathroom was spacey but not tidy. Service provided was also average. Overall the stay was below satisfactory.
It's not a Hotel it's a kind of guest house. Rooms are good if you get a Deluxe Balcony room semi deluxe are small with no view. Romantic service is not good. Food is not good. Only good for stay if you get deluxe rooms at low prices. Location is 3 LMAO before actual Shimla on Shimla Kalka Highway. Only book if you have your own car.
