Their prices are a bit lower compared to others, but the service is not good. The staff's behavior was unfriendly. They only explain the rules after you check in, especially for the swimming pool. If you're not wearing polyester shorts, they'll make you buy them or won't let you in. This rule seems to apply selectively, as during our visit, only our group was not allowed in different clothes while others were. The person overseeing the pool was veryyy rude. When we talked to the owner about this issue, his response was terrible. He was unhelpful and raised his voice on us instead of improving the service. The rooms were of poor quality, and the mattresses weren't very comfortable, especially considering the price of around 4500/5000 per room. Additionally, the room service was not very quick to respond. The parking isn't great either. While they have ample space, there are coconut trees in the parking area, and falling coconuts can damage your car.

check in was at 11 am but they took one hour more to allot room. they didn't allow us to wait at reception - sofa. they forced us to go out of reception even though there was space of 15 people at sofa of reception. They allotted us room on fourth floor. lift was off. required to walk till fourth floor. Room was full of mosquitos. they don't have ALLOUT or anything. Old rooms & alloted us old building/property. Lot of restrictions at pool side..! don't allow us to have liquor from their counter. you can have liquor only if you have table at their restaurant. Please look at other property & better not to have worst experience. lot of other better properties are available at similar or better location.

The worst service ever. The owner / manager had no "tameez" of talking to customers. They were forcing us to take at least 1 room which is not having any good views, but pay the price sea view room.

Only depending money not any service, thay charge more then MRP for everything even water bottle was 20 mrp but thay charge 50 rs not preferred to book totaly waste of money Please don't book and there were many properties near. This hotel

Good location, rooms were clean enough with sea view. However premium options weren't premium. Water clogging & rain water inside room would be awful experience.

I would say best budget hotel to stay in daman... Location is just next to beach and you'll have clear sea view from balcony we roam around 7-8 hotels but we satisfied with this one only... That is fixed from ourside that whenever we'll come to daman we'll stay at shilton only..

Was gonna visit 2nd time considering my past great experience there but this time Pathetic hotel management they take verbal bookings on call for you but if you cant show up to 11 am on the day of booking your bookings are cancelled and they will not even pick up your call seeing the same number of booking and will tell you that they we're busy etc, this is why people like these cant build up a brand name for themselves this shows that money matters most to them not the customers! Anyways thanks for not letting us check in we still got one of the best properties of daman in cheapest rate!

Location is very nice with ample parking space. And initially you will feel that it's a great hotel. But once you have booked & settled you will start noticing that it's not a clean place and that you have paid way too much. The mattresses are not clean & having a typical smell, bathrooms have leaking taps & even the lamps were not working. Room service is acceptable. Food quality is average dont go for chicken bullet its the worst thing i have tested
