Very bad service, food served was cold upon bring to notice of staff he started giving lecture on how they run restaurant and customer are supposed to pay money for their bad quality food and service.
Very bad food was provided. They provide stale food. Green chutney of kabab was chilled and onions in salad were too cold. We got throat pain after 2 hours. Charged Rs.50 for normal water bottle. It's expensive and food quality is poor and unhygienic. Don't eat anything from this hotel.
Hot water issue while checked in. Dinner time was bad. Hairs found in Pickle and stone in biryani.
Still rating 4 as I was earlier their too and had a good experience then. Had not faced such issues
It's always been the first place for a family get together . After a long wait for renovation the place is open again and we thought of celebrating our family birthday here . So what's with the new Hotel Shilpa .
The wait is worth it . They took time but the comeback was great . Super architecture. The ambience was good . Management is on toes now . The movement we entered the manager Mr Subodh Jadhav himself greeted us and got us table . Since it was a huge group we asked for some suggestions and it turned out to be the best advice ever . Service was great .they managed well to keep huge group alive with timely service none of us had to look around for anything . This family dinning has something for everyone ..Veg platter the dish was to die for .it was a generous portion and all of us just loved it ..Great Chinese sizller the kids just couldn't stop themselves.mushroom risotto was great choice .panner chilly was excellent. It didn't end here .the taste was so great we couldn't resist to go for main course even though we had no appetite left but we al agreed and ordered . Veg Tiranga and panner kokiwada .. normal dishes avilable every other hotel but I can bet the taste was unbeatable ..we tried it with garlic and butter nan . Finally we went for some sweets .Gulab jamun, rasmali sandwich .
If you are one those people who been struggling for a veggie taste get urself here and taste the best of veg. & If you are foodie and haven't been here u are missing a lot . Mulund has got the best of restaurant in last few years but this place has its own benchmark . It's a must try
We have ordered Tripal Shezwan Freid Rise with gravy, but the dish came in Freid Rise with gravy and it was so spices can't imaging, before placing the ordered the staff didint inform us that u want spices or normal. Chef doesn't know how much amt of chilly he has to put, bad experience after paying so much money u will not get good quality food...

Ambience to food everything was upto the mark.
After renovation it has got some new vibes.
The food was also great... Especially North Indian dishes.

Food taste average but service staff is pathetic. I know mistakes can occur but this guys in so much of hurry spilled water on my table in which my phone got wet.
I went here to dine and the service was best also the food is worth it. Even sitting area is also very nice. Do visit with family and friends..
