Hotel is located corner of the city, can't find any shops or restaurant nearby. People movement is also very minimal. Food quality and taste is good. Room service very poor. Bad odor experienced due to poor cleanliness of floor carpets as they applied it for entire area of the hotel. If hotel provides attention good cleanliness people may attract, and it requires more advertisement. Important is local surrounding must developed and more business centre has to open.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Shilpa Grand and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff, specially Mr. Santhosh shetty that made me feel like a valued guest. The hotel's ambiance is nothing short of luxurious, with tastefully decorated rooms that exude comfort and elegance. My room was spotlessly clean and well-appointed, providing all the amenities I could have asked for. The attention to detail in the room's design and furnishings was impressive, outside garden is cool and they have recently renovated.

Good Ambience, rooms are clean and tidy and refreshing, each and everything in the room are well maintained, food is good, this hotel has in house bar and restaurant, there is wheel chair accessible entrance and safer car parking too, there is a small play area for children.

Great hotel. Good atmosphere. Clean and well staff. Good with family. All you feel like a star hotel in Koppal. Behind hill view. And reasonable. Room Flooring with smooth mat. Cost of food also reasonable.

Location on outskirts peaceful area. Rooms are I'll maintained. I was offered multiple rooms. Every room has different problems although well built. If one room doesn't have a shower, other doesn't have lights. Finally my room 107 didn't have a working AC despite hotel charging me AC rates. Boiling red hot in the night. I didn't get sleep. Food is good.

Hotel is very good.. Neat and clean... Food is also very good.. This hotel have attached bar and family restaurant..

Amazing service and great rooms We were 3 families and did last moment booking by calling them while on route to Gokarna from Hampi Owner attitude and quality of service was really worth to mention Thanks a lot
