Nice size within the budget range. Location and the view from the hotel is good. Services are professional. They speak Hindi, English and Bengali well. I strongly recommend.
Had an amazing experience staying in this hotel location is very good just near the Mall Road, beautiful ambiance and homely atmosphere. Talking about the staff polite,kind,well mannered and very helpful. And the best part was they always keep our rooms ready before we are back from the journey.
The hotel is located near Mall road maybe a 5 mins walk would be enough to reach the prime location. The staffs here are exceptionally helpful and very co-ordinative. Even in late nights they don't feel hesitant to help us with our rooms. Food here is good. From the receptionist to the housekeeper and the managers everyone is doing a great job to maintain the hotels. NOTE: THEY PROVIDE TAXI SERVICE FOR SIGHTSEEING AS WELL (paid service). And the overall environment is noteworthy. From my view point i would suggest everyone to come and pay a visit in this hotel.

Food quality is very poor , visited various part of India but never experienced this type of poor foods that we got here . Water : you have to wait for hours and hours to get water in bathroom . We experienced very bad service. No issue with the Drinking water, you can get it. We booked for 3 days but due to food and water we forced to change our plan to leave the hotel after 2 days .
The rooms of this hotel were quite good and food service was also good . They have well maintained the bathroom too and we also had a great view from the window. The hotel was not in very distant area which made it very easy for us to travel.
