Hotel Shidori on NH 4 highway provided an exceptional dining experience. The chicken thali and kebab were delicious, and the complimentary Pandhra Rassa was a delightful surprise. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our visit memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for travelers seeking exceptional food.

Below are the best dishes from Shidori ... 1) Special chicken thali 2) special mutton thali 3) veg thali This is totally unlimited thalis with Tambda and pandhara rassa. You will get unlimited bhakari and rassa with solkadhi also. See my photos. Must visit for non-veg lover.

Great food, at affordable pricing. The timing for food serving was quick. They accomondated my requests for food serving. I tried chiken thali and few veg items. Overall a good experience and would recommend.

Quality food and great ambience. Highly recommended. They have open kitchen and encourage you to have a quick check of their kitchen. It needs quite a will power to open that challenge and highly appreciate their commitment to quality and courteous service.

If you're looking for authentic maharashtrian mutton this is the place. One of the few highway touch restaurants that offer food cooked with authentic home made spices which make all the difference. The mutton thali which has 'Sukha', 'Tambda' and 'Pandhra' along with choice of chappati or bhakri is the best I've ever had on the route. Must try, thank me later. Top it with their Pudina cold drink as a finisher. - Hygiene ++ - Washrooms sparkling clean and neat for both genders +++
