Rooms can be still maintained better, washbasin was cracked, there was leakages in tap,room services and food can be still be better, cost of the food was very high but was only average taste, ane even the soups was not good. There is lot of space to parking, play, walk but need more maintenance for the cost, overall the stay was very average. We stayed there few years before, tat cleanliness and food taste has gone down.

It is an old property. Sufficient Parking is available. Has ample of space to walk around, small park. Area has old trees and plants are well maintained... Location is in prime area, walkable to Lake. Has multiple restaurants pure veg ( malar), multicuise ( silver Oak) and Chinese ( red dragon)... It has a supermarket, can get most of basic stuff. Restaurant quality needs improvement, average food, high price for the quality and service. There are old rooms whose location is better, also new construction is there at the backside. Spacious rooms. Staff is polite and helpful.

Over priced place. We had food which is average and ambience is not that great. This seems to be super old property with faded walls, broken stuff all around. The only positives are lawn and kids play area which are decently maintained.

The location and parking facilities are available and good enough. Service need to be improved. Banquet hall are available on pre-booking basis which can accommodate 100 PPL roughly. EV charging point is available in the parking area but not in working condition. Other areas need to be maintained properly to attract regular tourists and guest.

Poor service. Old rooms with torn bedsheet, burnt blanket and broken shower. There is no room heater, kettle, hair dryer etc. When I asked for the kettle and Hair dryer, I received the response that, these things are not for Rose category rooms. No value of money. Never recommend.

Rooms are good , property is really nice. Very close to the lake. Only thing is the restaurant service is average. In the name of complimentary breakfast cold food was served, especially the vadas had become cold and soft. Otherwise on order lunch and dinner was good.

Food prices are very high and taste is below average. If you want egg rice, they added egg with veg rice. If you want chicken rice, they added chicken pieces with the above egg rice. If you want prawn rice, they added prawn pieces with the above egg rice. And mushroom rice's taste is not good. Bad experience to us.

We booked rose room for 2 days.. All have an expectations about our vacation(including where we staying also).It gave us a disappoinment & Very worst experience. Room - room cost 3500. Even the basic requirements are not there. we stayed for 2 days. normally 2nd they came & ask for room cleaning & arranging then kept new water bottles.. But here no one was come & ask anything. Food - They mentioned Multicuison restaurant but there is only south indian & chinese(2 or 3 only not all) food was available. The price is also costly and not worth the money. Second day mid -night almost 1 hour power cut. We called reception and they told no one was here to start the generator. (They searching for a person to start a generator). Finally its simply waste & not worth for money
