Room was excellent. Stayed there with my wife. Food is average. Room service is good on week days but gets a little shaby on weekends. Valet parking is available. They also offer a car wash for 500 rupees. I opted for it during my stay during my onward journey was disappointed with the quality of the wash. All in all a good place to stay with family.
Location of the hotel is good. Rooms are big and maintained decently. Food hygiene is missing. Cups, plates in which the food is served is broken and full of stains! The hotel charges a bomb for the stay, services should be provided on par with the price!
We are very delighted to have chicken juicy kabab..it's wonderful in taste even my daughter enjoyed food in citrus fine dine. Service by the captain chandini was wonderful, very polite and pleasing in nature..
Male receptionist are extremely rude and ask payment everyday and call every hour for the payment which is very shameful. Because of the receptionist unacceptable rude behavior we decided to change the hotel. Bathroom is so stinky. We can see extreme stain on the windows classes everywhere. Services are very slow. Food taste is extremely horrible. No hospitality. Overall very bad experience. And i don't recommend other to waste their money on this hotel.
Excellent place to stay in Rajhamundry. Room maintenance is ver good, toilets hygine & cleanliness is super. Food both in quality and quantity are of top order. Staff are very courteous and helpful. We stayed there for 3 days , for our doctors group reunion . Amazing hospitality . Dr. Vikram kumar.
We have enjoyed the food very much served by Ms Chandini .We have tried Ka wang chicken which is very delicious . The service we received from Citrus the fine dine was really awesome
The food is really good. Tried the specials: Mutton mastani biryani, Paneer kurkure kebab, Ka wang chicken, which are delicious! Chandini was a good attendant, very polite.
I threw my birthday dinner at Shelton. We had amazing food. Chicken Lung Fung Soup,Ka wang chicken,Dehradoon chicken,Chicken Juicy Kebab,Tangdi Kebab Bir Mutton Fry Piece Biryani are to die for. Our host chandini was very nice and helped us in recommending the best of foods. My friends and I had the best time.
