A reasonably priced property with popular markets around. The rooms are decent. Staff are courteous and cooperative. Food is excellent and have multiple choice. Really great place for bargain hunters and backpackers!
Hotel Shelton is overall ok and Staffs are Absolutely helpful and kind behaviour but room size is small,no have Almirah for Clothes hanging. Warm water available @24hrs and Service is very good . Need to improve things in the room.

The hotel is very beautiful and welcoming traditional guests. The hotel is location in the heart of New Delhi. I had many comfortable stays there with my family and would definitely like to visit again, thanks for the great services as well as hospitality. The rooms are extremely clean and elegant and have many types of items available, the food supplied is quite delicious and fresh, the staff is very nice and professional.
Room not clean, fungus in the bathroom and penetrating smell of cleaning product to hide sewer odour. Location is nice in the bazar and close to train station, but riksah will continue honking until 3am and start again at 6am, no good night rest. Pictures are old, rooftop is under construction and not accessible. Staff was helpful though with locating ATM and arranging train tickets. However we had to get angry before they understood we already did a pre payment.
We had a wonderful stay here. The staff were caring. Room services were so quick and prompt. Neat and tidy. We liked it. My sincere appreciation and thanks to the owner for his polite and prompt service.
Very good location if you want to stay near the station, the market is exciting, don't stay in that area if you want to stay in a quiet place, being in the main market much of the hustle bustle is there. Rooms are very comfy and the beds are very soft. But quite small. If you want to experience market and stuff and do stay.
I was here on my holidays for 3 night 4 days package there room was very spacious and clean. Room service was awesome. Hotel staff are very polite. Loved this place and enjoyed with my family. Specifically my child enjoyed this property amenities. Highly Recommended

Overall a positive experience. New/Clean big rooms & Bathrooms. Good service. but its far from Delhi city. Nothing much to do around the hotel. you will have to travel 20+ km to get to Delhi city
