Hotel Shelter inn - Hotel in Mira Bhayandar - default, India

The worst hotel ever I have visited. The staff behaviour is very shrewd and they have no manners to talk to people. The money they are charging for room per day is not worth. Food is also not available and they order from other hotel and add their own charges. I would say a big NO for others to go there and stay

Extremely poor service. The reception staff was too rude and they think people staying there are for free. We will never ever recommend anyone to go there neither we would prefer to go there.

Clean room, nice staff, but bit expensive only if late evening check-in. Overall ambience and service is good

Extremely poor service. Overcharged for the services and could not explain the hidden charges in the bill. Wud never visit again or recommend anyone. Staffs behaviour were as if ppl are living there for free.

Have been here for a couple of times! The hygiene is class apart. The staff is really courteous and hospitable. They make sure your stay is smooth and memorable! The food is delicious, specially the Chicken lollipop Highly recommended!!

We stayed there for two days.. since there was no rooms available in Mira road other hotels during our visit we booked this hotel. It's good place to stay , neat and clean. But the disappointing factor is for 2500 per day charges drinking water is not provided in a room. That we bought separately. Otherwise location, service and cleanliness is good at this place. I would think twice befor recommending this place to other people considering the charges! Even food is quite expensive.

Accidentally I stay at hotel shelter inn but I realized the hotel is good after 1 stay. Provided minerals water, TV, Free wifi, charging, water facility hot/cold, good reception. For middle class families can refer this place. The food served was average, service is also not to the mark. Comparatively price also good.

Food is not too good.. Ambience is not good... Very costly food.. Best for non veg food.. There is no alcohal.. Located in Western Express Highway near kashimira Dahisar-Mira Road area. Also naer to NH48. this place is been there for over 30 years and has become very famous for maintaining its style Ambience. The service deserves a special mention. Very rude and non attentive staff. Please do not visit if you are in the area for a wholesome experience. The service here is modrate and prompt and the staff is also very rudely . This place is really a short place and is a not a place for Hangout, you have to just sit, eat and out.. Food is alright, but be specific about how you want your food to be..... otherwise you will regret To some it up....this is a place to visit, explore, experience and enjoy.
