Hotel Shehnaz Inn - Lodge in Amritsar - Amritsar, India

One of the worst hotels. Very old congested and basic things also not available. AC is fixed at 20 and sometimes they switch off from main switch. No ventilation. They don't even provide glass to drink water. They use the old plastic bottles which guest leaves to refill and provide in rooms. Bathrooms also not very clean.

Great service, Paji gave me a soap and bottle of water first. Many hotels does not do that now days. Helped to get a nice room with in my budget. I would recommend this hotel for sure and hoping to see next time. 10/10 for sure.

It's worst hotel I have visited, don't trust the pics they have uploaded. The rooms are smelling, no proper ventilation, walls are cracked, no Kitchen service, no room service available, pls it's an request, don't even Imagine to book room here, you will get better options available near railway station. This is the worst hotel.

Worst ever hotel experience. It's near railway station but the hotel is in really really poor condition. The place stinks badly. Had to leave the hotel after looking at the rooms we booked. Rooms are congested. No ventilation. Poor infrastructure. Completely dissatisfied.

I stayed there for 1 night only, Building is very congested , Lobby is very small and roof height is short, Room is okay type, I paid 700 for 1 ac room for 1 night, i think its not worth it. There was no window in the room, it was suffocating although ac was there

I had a good experience of this hotel and also staff behavior is too kind and polite. I recommend to visit this hotel

The place is beautiful. Even the entry walking in, you feel like your going to some undiscovered sanctuary. The staff picked us up and when we arrived .This was exactly what I was looking for. My mom paid for the trip so I wanted to treat her to a nice hotel. If you've looked around there are a lot of hotels that are inexpensive. But if you want to upgrade, you wont regret coming here. Our room was just lovely and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I hope the owner pays his staff for their hard efforts, because they made us feel like royalty.

Very old hotel. The photos shown in this gallery are very old, I think may be 10 to 15 years older. Very very small congested room. Bathroom and toilet are not even cleaned. Old bedsheets and blanket. They provided tea cost Rs 20/- and coffee Rs 30/- is very tasteless. No soap or oil provided. No drinking water.
