Hotel Sheetal - Restaurant in Surat - Surat, India

I believe Surat to Navsari road is a paradise for all non-veg lovers. This area has some amazing veg restaurants. So visited Hotel Sheetal as this place is quite famous among the locals. The place is quite big and can accommodate seating with large groups, indoors as well as outdoors. We had visited here at afternoon 2pm and in the month of April, and to our surprise, till we ordered and had our lunch started over here the staff was so irresponsible, they didn't even care to turn on the air conditioning. - They have a huge indoor seating area, after requesting they turned on just 2 ACs which obviously weren't able to cool down the temperature of the hall. - Too much disappointed by this behavior of the Restaurant Staff. Coming to the Food, it's Delicious, best for Chicken lovers, but even offers good vegetarian options. We orders quite a few dishes, starters as well as mains, all were good in taste. The only disappointment was the ambiance and the irresponsible staff, which ruined the visit. I doubt we would ever visit here next in afternoon durations.

Very few restaurants can give you the perfect taste and excellent service and not cost you a fortune. This is one of those places. Food, specially the tandoor items, along with freshly made naan and parathas, were divine. Service was also very quick and staff was courteous. Fresh juices were also out of the world amazing.

A very good restaurant with lots of options to select from Menu. Tabbasum Chicken is my favorite here. Nice ambience and ooen space. On weekends it remains over loaded so plan your dinner time accordingly or else u have to wait for atleast 30 to 40 min. Staff is good and service iz OK.

Amazing food Crowded place because it was Gujarati New year so wait time was 1 hour and 30 mins but luckily they called us after 45 mins. Overall food was good, but Desserts (specially Gulabjamun) were so tasty! Ambience Food Service Parking Facility

This restaurant has both outdoor and indoor(AC) seating. Place is quite large. Also one good thing is that they had open kitchen so that Coustomer can see in it from outside. Food was overall good. Service was also good. Mist recommended for Non-vegetarian. Price is little expensive it costs around 500-700 per person depending what you order. Must visit.

Not that good food when u compare with their main branch in Navsari. The taste is also ok ok only. Biriyani not cooked properly. If u want to taste original taste of sheetal, u have to visit their branch in Navsari highway. You can have best taste of food that you love. Service is not that great. Overall average rating only. I'll give 10/5 for their main branch. Their service is too good. Ambiance is also so nice.

Food was awesome. Staff was well trained. They have whole glass kitchen so that you can see what is being cooked inside. Nice location, good ground for party and children can be engaged easily as they have a small play area for them. Must try
