Hotel Sheetal Plaza - Hotel in Surat - Surat, India

The hotel is bang opposite Surat rlwy stn. Although the entry to the hotel is not that good but once inside I'll give 5 stars for service, cleanliness and staff behaviour. The best part is all the lights in the lobby are sensor based so you tend to conserve energy n power. Rooms are quite spacious. We were 6 pax and booked a couple of days in advance, hence got 2 rooms comprising 3beds. Very neat and clean. Had called the reception for booking and was received by Mr Zaid Patel who was more than courteous to accept the bookings. We were given a complimentary breakfast too. Tea, coffee, south indian, punjabi, toast butter, fruits, and the list goes on. Overall no negative remarks. Best place to stay.

Very good hotel in its segment. Neat and clean. Smiling and courteous staff. Ansari and Pradeep at reception are very nice team members. Room service, housekeeping, check in and check out are all great. Nice room to work also. I could easily work with my laptop without using bed. . Since room service was very good, it was an added advantage as beverages etc are required while working.

Though hotel rooms are nice n clean, parking place issue. Surrounding not very clean due to dense population of hotels near by.

I love to stay @ this hospitality which is home like me service is awesome the rooms are clean and neat. Whoever stays here will find new experience of pleaantness . Totally i love to my heart to enjoy to stay in this hotel.

best hotel i stayed there good service. clean room ac, water, tv fully working.. located just opposite of railway station walkable distance from railway station. superb service by the entire staff and management team..i think the only problem was that there was no ventilation in the room. rooms3.0service4.0location4.0

I visited hotel sheetal palaza located near Surat railway station, it is very close to Surat railway station, you can easily reach you train if you have, this hotel is good but sometimes parking is a big problem because the hotel has very small place of parking so something the parking is make problem. Please make sure it.

Sheetal plaza is a great hotel to stay, For family for business both. The vibe is very positive, and the best part it is very near to the station. They serve amazing breakfast, and the quality of service is really good. Everytime i come to surat i stay in sheetal plaza only.
