I booked this hotel for my parents for a couple of days. From what I heard from them, the place is nice, and the staff is friendly and polite. Also, the food service is something which needs extra appreciation. 10/10 would recommend this place.

Best ever hotel we were living. It is near to my favourite place Bank More. Service was too good and fast. Very polite staffs.

We have stayed in this hotel for one day. What is significant is that though we have booked it beforehand but we have entered there after 1 am in the night. Still they have fully cooperated, carried our luggages in the room. One staff named Ravi has provided excellent service. Manager is also very helpful. Food is fresh and nice. I cannot expect any better service than that of Hotel Sheetal palace.

hotel staff is just too good, they are ready to help/serve you at any time. the way they respond will make you feel special. food was very good in terms of quality and taste, just like a homemade food. food price are also very economical. room was clean, everything is available within few minutes.

Excellent staffs, great service, very helpful and good behavior. probably the best budget hotel in Dhanbad. only 3 things- location is a bit confused one for visitors(obviously nothing much can be done by hotel management about this), Intercom facility should be provided in rooms and tea makers should be placed at least in some specific rooms. otherwise, it was a good experience. Thanks to all the staffs, you guys are excellent.

Best budget hotel in Dhanbad. The food was way better than some more expensive hotels. Service was warmest. No hassles, very helpful staff. Neat and Clean rooms. Daily cleaning even of bathrooms. Reaching the hotel might have been tricky but then call the manager and they will receive you on main road. One of my best hotel experience in India. And I've seen hotels from Kerala to Punjab of 10 different states, both expensive and budget ones. Highly recommend this hotel for students, family, and even office tourers.

A wonderful stay as usual.. Clean room.. Friendly staffs.. Great food.. Staffs are very courteous.. I left one of my bags by mistake while checking out, the hotel staff came all the way to main road to deliver it to me.. Highly recommended.. King of hotels in Dhanbad

I've also given a 5 rating for the location because, one can have a good night's sleep as it is situated away from the main road.I've stayed in more swankier hotels on the main road. The noise would not let you sleep till 1 AM & will wake you up at 4 AM. THe staff is extremely courteous & well behaved. I stay here specially for the food as it seems like home cooked. The hotel is very neat & clean, and the water provided for drinking is also safe. Personally, for a person who is travelling for the last 27 years, Hotel Sheetal Palace for me is a home away from home.
