Mr mudip khan was unproffesional asked something regarding pricing he simply avoided and walk out as if he didnt care about customer.Atleast he need to learn ettiquette how to speak to customer.i doubt he doesnt even look like manager not proffesional i must appreciate mr rohit he is more proffesional n know how to tackle customer queries.
One of the best hotel in Sambalpur. The rooms are good. The staff of this hotel was awesome. The most important thing I was like the most is the service. Very quick service and they served in the room.
My senior bosses used tobstay here. As i heard that it is quite expensive but having good room in budget. Service is also good,Food is also good. U can come here at any point of rime. Its very famous hotel and landmark for anyone. Even i u are coming mid night orvearly morning u can come here easily without any problem. Nearby hotelbis also known by its land mark.

It is located just 4 to 5 km away from Sambalpur Railway Station and just 5 km away from Aintha Palli Bus Terminal & just 300 mtrs walking distance from Laxmi Talkies chowk. This hotel can be easily reached by auto or taxi. Its rooms start from Rs.2100 to Rs.5200. It is a family friendly and couple friendly hotel. I will recommend this hotel to everyone.
It's a fantastic restraunt but the food quality and quantity does not meet the worthness of the price .....if price is high then why so bad at quality and quantity................ Strongly disappointed ..
Waiter of resturants are very arrogant & late service. I think shila tower should change the waiter for his behaviour. The act is for betterment of their hotel..
